This position is responsible for all of Compensation & Benefit functions across location. The individual would look after Compensation Benchmarking, Budgeting, Compensation Fitments, etc., for both the domestic as well as the international locations.
This position will report to the Head of C&B and HRO, and could grow into this role in the medium term.
