Job Description:

Main Purpose of Role: - To provide high quality authoring skills and support in the development of winning client propositions and Success Stories as directed by the Proposal Studio Lead.
Key Responsibilities: -

  • Contribute to the fulfilment of the WinCentre Account & Bid Support Stream Objectives.

  • Responsible for the authoring and development of winning client propositions through the collation of material provided from a number sources within Capgemini, consolidating and refining the content to create concise, direct and professional outputs that amplify the key themes with no extraneous or superfluous content.

  • Responsible for the creation, approval, storage and provision of key Capgemini’s delivery project credentials ("Success Stories") in a concise and compelling form, using the WinCentre templates.

  • Ensure that any recommendations for the services are fed back to the appropriate service leads and Account & Bid Support Manager and implemented, if appropriate.

  • Supporting other initiatives across the WinCentre Services teams as necessary when requested by the Account & Bid Support Manager.

  • WinCentre Staff Responsibilities and Objectives.

    Candidate Profile:

    Essential: -

  • MBA with relevant experience.

  • Excellent English (written and verbal).

  • Evidence of experience in technical / sales authoring of professional publications, journals and/or sales organisation literature.

  • An understanding of the processes involved in developing successful, winning client proposals.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful proposal and credential development.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to lead the design, development and completion of professional sales documentation.

  • Excellent awareness of cross-cultural working relationships.

  • Flexibility in work timings (due to time differences between UK & Mumbai).

  • Ability and willingness to work to tight time-scales.

  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
    Desirable: -

  • Experience in working with project teams remotely.

  • Knowledge of the various Capgemini knowledge repositories including K!New.

  • Good understanding of UK Capgemini Sectors and Solution Centres.

  • Good understanding of the Capgemini Sales process and related areas.
