  • Development of detailed sales and marketing strategic business plans for each major market / region across the country.

  • Achievement of sales targets for each product category within the territory.

  • Cultivation of new sales channels, as well as management and support of existing channels, including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner.

  • Identification and cultivation of end-customer relationships.

  • Pre and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels including Sales Training. Co-ordinate Product Seminars, Forums, etc.

  • Interaction with corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory.

  • Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales channels.

    Candidate Profile:
  • B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in sales management experience in the IT industry in IT Product Sales with a track record of increasing responsibilities.

  • Strong sales presentation skills. Sales Certifications.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry including sales channels and competitors and technical knowledge of products.

  • Strong understanding of Solution like ERP, CRM, Networking Solution like LAN, WAN, high-end server, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, especially with regard to constructively managing channel conflicts.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize.

  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal English.

  • Ability to travel out of area of residence.
