Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing contracts for services, supplies, licensing, etc.

Contract management and on-going contract risks assessment.

Project legal risk analysis and management.

Handle land acquisitions and legal aspects related to land acquisition extensively.

Responsible for legal compliances with respect to the acquisition / disposal of residential / commercial / retail premises.

Drafting and evaluating legal documents and agreements with respect to the above, that are needed by the company.

Liaisons and negotiations with outside agencies including statutory authorities (Pan India).

Scrutinizing the legal compliance of various deals and banking activities.

Help in the engagement of legal practitioners to represent the company. Brief counsels, solicitors and advocates during litigation and other legal proceedings including drafting and finalization of agreements.

Represent the company before Courts of Law, Tribunals, and if need be, statutory authorities.

Submit legal documents to the concerned Government authority from time to time.

Participation in negotiations on MOU, contracts, setting payment terms with vendors.

Legal Due-Diligence of company.

Complete responsibility relating to legal compliances and documentary requirements upto the land acquisition and project finalization level.

Knowledge of Land Acquisition, Forest Land, and Land Revenue matters, etc.
