Strategize and staff key positions in multiple BUs.

Developing an overall recruitment strategy including design and implementation of process and systems.

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of recruitment automation tools.

Responsible for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing for WI.

Responsible for RPO (Sourcing) as a specialized function, and devise ways and means to enhance reach and visibility of the sourcing wing of WI.

Manage vendor relationships for WI, and ensure that we have an ongoing relationship with top performing vendors / Resource Partners.

Drive effective and periodic analytics and MIS support to enable process adherence & compliance.

MBA with relevant experience.

A strategic bent of mind and ability to understand business needs and conceptualize initiatives linked to that.

Creative thinking.

Good communication skills for presenting analyses, articulating presentations, reports and policy.

Good persuasion skills for implementation and closures.
