Job Description:

Reports to: - Head of Business Transformation Office.
Key Relationships: - Business Functional Managers, Business Process Owners, CIOs, IT Managers.
Position Summary: - The key purpose of this position is to manage the repository, of the group, i.e., the set of business process descriptions, best practices, IT systems / components that allow to integrate a facility into the group. This position also ensures that all cluster transformation programs can share best practices and deliverables by sharing the same methodology for representing and managing business processes and IT systems.
Main Challenges: -

  • Harmonizing and/or standardizing business processes on a global scope taking into account the needs and constraints of different stakeholders.

  • Facilitating multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
    Specific Responsibilities: -

  • Define the methodology and tool-box to describe and implement the group way.

  • "Evangelize" the people in each cluster so that they use the same methodology because they see the value of it vs. imposition.

  • Manage the repository of the group, i.e., the collection of process models, master data, IT systems, guideline, templates, etc., from each cluster.

    Qualifications & Experience: -

  • Deep knowledge and experience in business process modelling and re-engineering, master data management, etc.

  • Experience in globalization and ERP consolidation initiatives.

  • Experience in managing change in multi-cultural contexts.

  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
    Personal Characteristics: -

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • People skills, team playing.

  • Can create context and communicate a vision.

  • Driven by the desire for challenges and success.

  • Is a self-starter with high levels of energy.

  • Resilient. Can withstand pressure and criticism.
