Harmonizing and/or standardizing business processes on a global scope taking into account the needs and constraints of different stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities: -

Define the methodology and tool-box to describe and implement the group way.

"Evangelize" the people in each cluster so that they use the same methodology because they see the value of it vs. imposition.

Manage the repository of the group, i.e., the collection of process models, master data, IT systems, guideline, templates, etc., from each cluster.

Deep knowledge and experience in business process modelling and re-engineering, master data management, etc.

Experience in globalization and ERP consolidation initiatives.

Experience in managing change in multi-cultural contexts.

MBA or equivalent business experience.
