Specific Responsibilities: -

Define and communicate the vision of the target scenario of the transformation, articulating the business case and the change management implications to get there.

Define and manage the roadmap to implement the target scenario.

Monitor the portfolio of projects required to implement the transformation roadmap (monitor key indicators such as deadlines, standards compliance, budget, etc.; analyze, resolve and filter issues and conflicts in individual projects, deciding when they need to be escalated to seek for resolution).

Communicate to top management progress on transformation projects.

Manage the expectations and constraints of different stakeholders.

Detect deviations and provide feedback on specific local business needs that need to be addressed and may require adaptation of the standard.

Deep knowledge and experience in program management of large global initiatives.

Experience in business process re-engineering.

Experience in managing change in multi-cultural contexts.

Experience in managing a new IT system at the different stages of its lifecycle: defining the business requirements, architecture and business case; defining the detailed blueprint, testing proof-of-concept prototypes; overseeing the development, testing and pilots; managing the deployment, fine tuning, organizational change implications, etc.

MBA or equivalent business experience.
