Job Description:

Responsibilities: - The background to this job profile is that the organization wants to change its focus from breadth coverage to depth coverage for our key accounts. The objective is to give customer-centricity in the complete lifecycle - sales to execution - of engagement with our customers. It is an initiative driven from the top and it entails fast track growth for people who deliver on the objectives of the program.
1. Strategy to Handle / Penetrate BER Accounts

  • Craft an IT strategy for the account based on domain understanding and relationship with key stakeholders, influencers in the account.

  • Leadership to the sales and the pre sales team.
    2. New Initiatives / ISV & Principal Relationship Management

  • Proactively drive large IT initiatives in customer organizations.

  • Ability to track domain trends and conceptualize ideas, launch new initiatives to address emerging / uncovered (but high potential) customer needs, e.g., ATM solutions, DMS, etc.

  • Ensure ISVs relevant to the domain / account are mapped and a relationship is developed with them to address domain / account specific opportunities in future in partnership with Wipro.

  • Be responsible for developing relationships with principal representatives who handle the UBER accounts to ensure Wipro gets an early lock-in with them to address opportunities jointly in these accounts.
    3. Execution / CSAT Responsibility

  • Complete accountability of all execution; which may include multiple but independent IT projects from a single line of business or it may involve execution cutting across multiple Lines of business. Timely execution of projects, maintaining / improving profitability during execution are key deliverables.

  • Own and drive customer dashboard to track key performance parameters.

  • Drive CSAT.

    Education: - MBA from Premier Institutes.
    Experience: - 6-10 Years.
    Competencies: -

  • 6-10 years successful sales track record in IT / ITES / Automation organizations MANDATORY.

  • Understanding of budgeting, approval and decision-making, and execution cycles of IT projects in large and complex customer organizations.

  • Preference for candidates with experience working in large IT / ITES organizations with large number of product and service offerings.

  • Domain understanding in manufacturing / O&G / Retail industries a plus.
