DR/BCP process implementation and continuous updation on the BCP/DR documentation, conducting DR drills.

Conducting CISO role specifically, i.e., review the processes controls like access controls, back-up recovery, change management, virus management, patch management, etc., and monitor the relevant KPIs.

Performing enterprise risk assessment, and recommendation of mitigation approaches.

Detailed and quick audit for readiness of various compliance like ISO 27001, SOX & HIPAA.

Information Security Management System implementation.

Security operation center design and implementation, which includes evaluation of requirements for security information & event management, product evaluation & selection, and architecture & solution design.

Designing security policies and tracking of their implementation.

MBA with 6+ years of experience.

Should have capability to manage the technical implementation teams located in various locations.

Sound knowledge of project management.

Must have prior CISO experience or at least have sound experience on implementation.

Should be able to show the overall picture to Management, attend meetings & presentations.

Ability to face IT audits.

Certifications desired - CISA / CISSP, ISO 270001 Certification.
