Manage the full project implementation cycle for Microsoft Stack.

Need to provide Delivery Assurance for the portfolio of projects in the account.

Provide technical support to the team during and after implementation, and ensure a long-lasting professional relationship with customers.

Accept and appropriately resolve customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs.

Prepare documentation such as process flow diagrams and functional program specifications.

MBA with relevant experience.

Minimum 5 years experience in implementation of MS technologies.

Knowledge of the business usage of the following Microsoft technologies (is recommended): SQL, Active Directory, IIS, SCCM, SMS, Exchange.

Good and proven analytical skills.

Be required to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously following well-documented and rigid implementation methodologies. .

Prior experience in managing the portfolio of projects and the P&L for the account on delivery side.
