Job Description:

Role: -

  • Manage processes and procedures assigned to employees, and manage and develop the employees assigned to deliver high quality service and efficient processing to meet or exceed U.S. Leaders’ Service Level Agreements.

  • Ability to establish and maintain credibility and influence others to achieve maximum service levels.

  • Support the overall efforts of the Finance COE and will promote teamwork and career development for the entire group.
    Responsibilities: -

  • Resource Management, Team Leadership - Developing and communicating team vision and providing clear objectives to achieve vision, managing team through internal process improvement change and external organization driven change, and implementing service standards and managing to those standards.

  • Service Level Agreements, Performance Management, Process Improvement, Recruiting, Training, Personnel Assessment & Evaluations, Compensation Management.

  • Staff Management - Manage (with the US Leaders, where requested, Asst. Managers and Team Leaders) with HR in the management of staff issues such as: career counseling, performance counseling, terminations, extended PTO and other leave management, as well as other employee matters as required.

  • Quality Management - Participate in, and provide insight to, practices and methods aimed at generating consistent high quality output.

  • Team Development - Take the lead at maintaining existing successful teaming environment, identifying and recognizing team efforts, and promoting activities that build rapport within the Functional Finance Group and the Finance COE.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required. CA or CIA designation preferred.

  • 10 years or more of relevant experience including leadership role of a significant sized group. Public accounting audit experience or comparable internal audit experience preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of accounting disciplines and process relating to general ledger, journal entries, payment / disbursing systems, account reconciliations, etc.

  • Experience with tools for data retrieval, such as ACL, SQL, or MS-Access database experience; SAP experience desirable and advanced Excel knowledge is required.

  • Experience and demonstrated ability to work with leadership for problem resolution, strategy, and process decision making.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and closure.
