Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide.

Implements network security at the corporate level as established by corporate.

Recognizes necessary network improvements and makes suggestions to IT Director.

Monitor and report the security trend in the network to management.

Network Performance trend reporting to Management and also recommend reducing the bottle-necks in the network for better performance.

Connectivity management and vendor co-ordinations.
B) Voice / Video Conferencing Network

Plans, manages and develops Reliance Centrex voice network telephone system on a company-wide basis.

Makes recommendations to IT Director regarding company-wide phone system upgrades; executes upgrades as directed by IT Director.

Plans, manages and develops Big FM Video conferencing network and integrate with other group companies VC network as per corporate requirements.

Conduct trainings for voice and video conferencing equipment awareness.
C) Helpdesk Administration & Vendor Management

Coordinates the resolution of all corporate help desk activities company-wide.

Trend analysis of helpdesk performance and helpdesk improvement recommendation.

Desktop / Laptop / Server Standardization for better performance.
D) Asset Management

Helps decide, in conjunction with corporate leadership, which software and hardware products and other equipment are most suited for use within Big FM infrastructure.

Oversees IT-related asset purchases on a company-wide basis.

Manages software licenses on a company-wide basis as per Reliance ADA Group Policies. ? National inventory management and analysis.
