Client Management - Lead role in execution of client service (Project Delivery).

Networking & Marketing -
     * Create and manage good independent relationships with clients.
     * Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals typically in relation to his service line.
     * Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally.

Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the team members and seniors.

Knowledge Management - Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge.

People Management - Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach and assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus.

3-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Graduate or Engineer + MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or a CA with a good academic background.

Candidates should be from a pure consulting background with specific expertise in media strategy consulting such as entry strategies, growth & diversification strategies across different media platforms such as print, TV, Radio and others, OR from a Media House, Advertising Agency in Strategy or Brand Planning team and has been involved in either launching or managing media initiatives across the different media platforms and involved in strategic insights’ work.

Should have excellent communication / presentation / networking skills.

Should have good analytical and logical aptitude.
