5. Final preparation
     - Cut over strategy
     - Checks before go-live
     - Thumb rules for assessing user readiness
6. Post go-live support
     - Issues faced and strategies used to stabilize the system
     - Checks and controls used for assessing system stabilization

Be able to demonstrate command in handling project milestones, activities and tasks using MS Project Estimation Techniques: -
1. Rough cut estimates
2. Function point analysis
3. Template driven estimates
4. Correlation method - Usage of historical data points
5. Delhi method

Be comfortable in usage of ASAP methodology documents / templates usage and customization to project requirements.

Be aware of Solution Manager Usage from project monitoring perspective.

Be able to express thoughts with clarity.
