MBA with 8-12 years of total work experience.

Good understanding of business functions and industry drivers of BFSI (e.g. understanding and ability to articulate what is Risk Management, Basel II, CRM in a Bank / Treasury in Insurance, etc.).

Broad level overview of core banking / core insurance / ERP / Enterprise Solutions for the industry with some depth on certain key components.

Understand and articulate business value of Enterprise Architecture / SOA.

Understand competitive landscape and intelligence.

Knowledge of ISV / Partner Solutions for the industry.
