Job Description:

Responsibilities: -

  • Manage the entire product life cycle of the voice products for the India market, from strategic planning to tactical activities including monitoring usage, costs, and revenues.

  • Own the Product Launch process, including defining and tracking schedules, order form & contract, SLA, and other product-related deliverables that will create the complete product.

  • Produce Market Requirements Definition (MRD), and Functional Descriptions for existing product enhancement and new products. Devise effective processes to effectively communicate these requirements throughout the various development teams.

  • Create plans and strategies to achieve the product objectives. Provide in-depth product and competitive analyses for use in both product strategy and sales / marketing positioning. Develop and implement go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

  • Work with Communications to create and update marketing collateral: white papers, sales training presentations, and customer product presentations. Collaborate with the Communication Group to produce product data sheets, create product-specific marketing messages, launch communiqué, and the web product section. Manage the product requirements process by specifying market requirements, getting input from customers through Sales and Solution Engineers, external market trends and competitors.

  • Define a cohesive set of deliverables that are market-driven.

  • MBA with at least 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in Marketing and Product Management in the Telecom Industry.

  • Leadership Skills, Team Player, Dynamic.
