Job Description:

Reporting to: - President (Corporate Affairs) & Secretary.
Role: -

  • To create and develop the HRM function across all offices and plants of the company.

  • Human Resource Management Policy design and implementation company-wide across all manufacturing locations.

  • Align short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives of the Human Resource Policy of the company to attain the overall objectives of the organization.
    Responsibilities: -

  • Study the functions of each department of the company and make a comprehensive strategy and plan and implement a robust HRM Policy.

  • Understand the existing level of distribution / utilization of staff and suggest measures to rationalize their distribution to increase productivity.

  • Ensure that the Personnel & Administration System is fully functional, updated and utilized in decision making.

  • Prepare a detailed action plan for implementation of various components of the approved HR Policy.

  • Spearhead the implementation of the HCM module in SAP and oversee migration of the HR and personnel activities from the legacy system to SAP.

  • Carry out any other related tasks as per emerging needs assigned by the Supervisory / Management Committees.

  • Display exceptional initiative to usher in the latest global concepts and philosophies of HR management.

    Candidate Profile:

    Qualification: - MBA with specialization in Human Resource.
    Experience: - Minimum of 12 years in a managerial position, including 5 years in a large organization.
    Age Specifications: - 35-45 years.
    Skills & Specifications: -

  • Ability to assess people correctly at all levels.

  • Impeccable communication skills.

  • No restrictions on B-schools ('A' grade preferable).

  • Candidate having previous background in manufacturing.

  • Candidate should be willing to travel across all manufacturing units, preferred candidate would be male.

  • Good understanding of Labour Laws, Relations, Welfare and Unions.
