To create and develop the HRM function across all offices and plants of the company.

Human Resource Management Policy design and implementation company-wide across all manufacturing locations.

Align short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives of the Human Resource Policy of the company to attain the overall objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities: -

Study the functions of each department of the company and make a comprehensive strategy and plan and implement a robust HRM Policy.

Understand the existing level of distribution / utilization of staff and suggest measures to rationalize their distribution to increase productivity.

Ensure that the Personnel & Administration System is fully functional, updated and utilized in decision making.

Prepare a detailed action plan for implementation of various components of the approved HR Policy.

Spearhead the implementation of the HCM module in SAP and oversee migration of the HR and personnel activities from the legacy system to SAP.

Carry out any other related tasks as per emerging needs assigned by the Supervisory / Management Committees.

Display exceptional initiative to usher in the latest global concepts and philosophies of HR management.

Ability to assess people correctly at all levels.

Impeccable communication skills.

No restrictions on B-schools ('A' grade preferable).

Candidate having previous background in manufacturing.

Candidate should be willing to travel across all manufacturing units, preferred candidate would be male.

Good understanding of Labour Laws, Relations, Welfare and Unions.
