Several years of industry experience (not academic experience) of leading teams, in at least one of the following asset classes: forex, equities, or commodities.

Structuring or Trading experience of working with pricing and hedging of derivative instruments (Example: FX Option Pricing). Working at a trading desk, performing structuring work at present is highly desirable.

Should be well-versed with the following: -
      * Stochastic Calculus
      * Simulation
      * Numerical Methods
      * Partial Differential Equations
      * Financial Econometrics
      * Time Series Analysis

Consumer Analytics experience - building Models & Designing Strategies.

Interpreting Statistical Analysis and applying the same for financial solutions.

Eagerness to work with different teams where each team handles different sets of problems in terms of asset classes, pricing and hedging mechanisms, etc.

Team Building & Interpersonal skills.
