Compensation & Bonus Indexing - Work with the AP Regional Knowledge Manager to provide local guidelines on compensation ranges by cohort and bonus indexing aligned with local labor law and local practices in ANZ, India and SEA.

Global KG CD Process Administration - Solicit feedback for each KG member, prompt for responses and distribute to line managers; Prepare CD Profile documents for mid and year-end Global KG CDC committee; Collect and track PA development plan documentation at the start of each year.

Recruiting Process Management - Teaming closely with recruiting responsibles throughout their Region, sourcing candidates from local talent pools, manage local interviews and all communications among candidates, local office management and the Practice Areas hiring (including drafting contracts and negotiation of salaries); Coordinate closely with the RKM as to candidate offer management ensuring that offers extended fall within predefined ranges per role and that cohorts and title are correct. All aligned within Global KG guidelines and specifications.

Training - Coordination of consultant and KG on-boarding training regarding our knowledge group function, Practice area basics and familiarization of host office practices. Assist RKM and PAs in arranging any required training for KG member career development. Clear understanding of local office admin and consultant training opportunities for KG throughout the Region.

Non-PA Affiliated Content Purchase - Work with KG staff and local offices to determine all non-PA affiliated content purchases.
This position provides the opportunity for interfacing and relationship building with senior office management partners and KG locally and throughout the Region.

Experience required is minimum 5 years post-MBA.
