Will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture.

Implementation / customization experience in industry leading CTI products like Avaya, Nortel, GENESYS, CISCO, etc.

BE / MBA with 4-6 years experience with at least 4 years as Solution architect.

Should have at least handled two large implementations.

High self-drive and confidence, should have good communication skills and has a good customer handling skill.

Should have extensive experience in preparation of BOM, pricing and responding RFPs, RFQs.

Should be technically strong in CICSO technology or networking solutions, call center solutions.

Candidates willing to shift into the pre-sales role.

A good commercial acumen, good communication skills is a pre-requisite.
