Would, therefore, need to understand and capture the customer’s business and technical requirements.

Need to understand and define what technical issues are key to success.

Should have 4-8 years of experience in IT sales.

Should have experience in handling sales of security solutions.

Should be BE / MBA.

Should have Strong Account Management and Sales Process orientation.

Should have go-getter attitude.

Team building and handling, motivating the team for achieving the common goal.

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Should have experience in customer facing position.
