  • Provide analytical support by collecting data, analyzing trends, and proposing relevant process improvements.
  • Understand Call Miner-Eureka categories/classifications and analyze calls and trends.
  • Cultivate a demand for Call Miner reporting by providing insightful, accurate and timely reporting to aide Senior managers with running their business units
  • Gather analytical insights and drive business process changes in the CTS area.
  • Campaign evaluation and incorporate the learning for future campaigns.
  • Design analysis reports based on the business requirements which are easy to use and as per the requirements
  • Handle projects independently as well as work in a team environment.
  • Working on ad-hoc requests as and when required.
  • Managing customer expectations related to timelines and deliverables.
  • Extract and analyze data from multiple sources. Ensure validity and accuracy of data.
  • Summarizing and documenting results related to analysis.
  • Responsible for project delivery of all projects.

    Candidate Profile:
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry in a professional environment.
  • MBA(Finance), Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computers, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or any other relevant technical / numerical discipline – preferably from premier institutes.
  • Good SAS/SQL skills are required.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • Exposure to banking products, predictive modeling and statistical modeling preferred.
