Responsibilities: -
  • End-to-end of HR life cycle management.
  • Regional HR Administration and Operations.
  • Leading a team of 3 resources, guide and groom them.
  • Supervise on Transfers, Final Settlements, Confirmations.
  • Exit interview and SAP.
  • Will be responsible and accountable for 10 Lines of Business with Services and Solution HR reporting as above.
  • Plan Leadership Development as part fo succession planning and intervention thereto.
  • Drive the different process roll-outs from respective divisions.
  • Employee Engagement and Attrition Management measures.
  • HR budgeting for region, plan staff welfare, fun and bonding activities, etc.
  • Build the systems, Front-end TRPs for LOBs in region.
  • Performance Appraisals: Conducting Performance Management Workshops in the region for leadership team in region.
  • Facilitate NMAs and SKIP for Managers.
  • Will drive the Key People Processes like - MSI, Progression, etc.
  •

    Candidate Profile:
  • Should have 5-8 years experience on Core HR processes.
  • MBA full-time from a recognised university preferably from a top B-school.
  • Must have knowledge on all above and have been involved in atleast 80% of above defined role and responsibilities.
  • Mature in handling people and situations. Knowledge about the IT industry and people is a plus.
  •
