Main Responsibilities: -
Lead business strategy studies and workshops for clients.
Production of articulate and commercially sound feasibility studies and business plans.
Articulating the arguments supporting the results of the feasibility studies and business plans.
Using the results of research to formulate strong and meaningful business strategies.
Producing business performance improvement strategies that aid the client in achieving their goals.
Providing a solid quality assurance approach for all projects designated.
Good working knowledge of financial models (including building them).
Ability to review financial models / statements in depth and provide analytical insight with regard to investment appraisal and financial forecasts.
Ensuring the research is of the highest possible quality, value and relevance.
Leading the provision of insightful & commercial analytical inputs for the project.
Ensuring the projects are executed in line with the firm's engagement practices.
Reviewing and assessing all reports, ensuring the outcomes stand up to the tight scrutiny and that the results are presented in the best possible way.
Taking full responsibility for the final report and presentation.
Owning and leading client meetings and presentations, ensuring the clients requirements are fulfilled and there expectations are managed well.
Leading multiple projects.
Managing engagement teams, setting deliverables and evaluating performance.
Leading business development activities within the designated clients.
Developing and running strategy workshops.
