Role: - The individual will work / lead project teams on client or internal assignments and be assigned the responsibility to -
  • Work with clients and company consultants to identify critical client and business issues and apply advance analytics to provide significant insight and value to company clients and business.
  • Independently assume complete ownership of project planning, execution and client delivery and will be accountable for project quality, time, and cost of delivery.
  • Develop new business relations and build long-term client relationships with key executives and influencers.
  • Drive business discussions and communicate the company's value proposition to client C-level executives and lower levels.
  • Articulate (written and verbally) client expectations to the company's peers, solutions partners, back to client, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the team to develop statistical / econometrics models and develop analytical approaches to solve client’s business problems / issues and to deliver to client’s business value expectations.
  • Work on projects with the clients as consulting partners in strategy projects. They would be required to lead a team of 2-3 Associate Consultants as Project Leader (PL) and 1-2 Business Analysts as Associate Consultant (AC).
  • Required to work across verticals and across geographies.

    Candidate Profile:
  • B.E. / B.A. (Economics) / B.Sc. (Economics / Statistics) + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-C, IIM-L, IIM-I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SP Jain, SJMSOM. Candidates must have a good academic track record with at least 70% marks during MBA course.
  • 2-4 years of post-MBA experience.
  • Should have experience in a reputed consulting firm, or relevant role in a company’s business function.
  • Should have worked in a project environment.
  • Should have led a team of atleast 2-3 persons in a non-consulting role or team of 1-2 persons in a consulting role.
  • Additional 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience would be desirable.
  • Should have excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Should have good analytical skills, sound conceptual base and knowledge of financial modeling.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present analytics and business solution concepts to all levels across functional domains (both technical and non-technical audiences) from a business perspective, while developing the specifications that can be understood and implemented by the technical team.
