  • Explore various channels of recruitment such as the employee referral programme, Internet, print, resourcing partners and technology partners.
  • Enable the process to facilitate effective tracking of resumes.
  • Create a market intelligence database, to benchmark company's strategy vis-a-vis key players in the market.
  • Assist the HR team in developing and implementing new initiatives and projects.
  • Hire quality candidates at minimal lead times.
  • Robust induction program, implemented across locations.

  • Must have 6-9 years proven experience in contributing to the design and development of HR systems and processes with a special focus on recruitment.
  • Exposure to recruitment at various levels.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on delivery.
  • A Management Graduate from Premier Institute with specialization in PM / HR / IR.
