  • Lead a team of experienced research analysts; attract, retain and motivate talent.
  • Establish and leverage relationships with financial institutions, fund houses, investor groups, key market analysts, economists, portfolio strategists, etc.
  • Represent organisation's research at various forums and media for the purpose of daily, weekly and monthly research updates / market outlook, sales scripts, one-off research briefings as well as crisis communication.
  • Work closely with the Institutional Sales Team to enhance marketability of research ideas.

  • Sound knowledge of macro-economics, government policies.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Strategic mind-set.
