Our Client is forward-integrating & setting-up a new Infrastructure Division as part of its expansion strategy to enter the Infrastructure Sector through investments in Greenfield Projects / assets - across India and the Globe - across diverse sectors (power, ports, mining, etc)
 
Location:
Mumbai
 
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • No particular gender preference
  • Age range 40 to 50 years
  • MBA with HR specialization preferred
  • 20 + years in the HR domain
  • Minimum 5 years experience with a large, multi-division, multi-product Corporate, preferably Engineering, Manufacturing or Infrastructure sectors
  • Exposure to Greenfield Projects a definite advantage
  • Good team player, IT savvy
  • Competent, hands-on, assertive go-getter
