Key Responsibilities: 1- Develop and execute the complete marketing strategy.

2- Build a strong marketing team with deep understanding of online consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM.

3- Build a distinct and preferred positioning for the brand amongst its consumers and merchants

4- Cost efficient customer acquisition, and ensuring high volume of daily transactions

5- Manage and execute various marketing initiatives like Social Media, Search (SEM & SEO), Display, Network & Affiliate Media, Collaborative & Partner, ATL & BTL, etc.

6- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives

7- Own all marketing strategy & operations, including:
  • building the marketing plan based on consumer & competitive insights
  • setting-up base processes & fundamental operations for function
  • monitoring marketing plan execution and response thereof
  • Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies, monitoring and generating consumer insights

Preferred Skills & Experience: 1- An MBA/PGDM with around 5-8 years of marketing experience

2- Min. 3 year’s of hands on digital marketing experience with a deep understanding of – Social Media, Search, Display, Network & Affiliate media, Collaborative & Partner, ATL & BTL, etc.

3- Creative and innovative with orientation towards high ROI on marketing investment

4- Strong marketing planning, monitoring & analyzing skills with process orientation

5- Attention to detail and be obsessed with flawless execution

6- Ability to comprehend macro business goals and develop relevant processes

7- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills

8- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on the feet
