Be part of the middle to senior management in the firm and take the business forward

Be flexible to work across Investment Research, Business Research and Business Intelligence teams (while being competent of delivering start-to-end exceptional quality results in at least one area) initially and hire, train, develop the team as business grows

Conduct broad industry analysis and research, maintain databases and spreadsheet models to support private equity, asset managers, investment banks, consultancies and other clients

Report structuring and guiding the team in writing the report. Ability and willingness to write complete report

Participate in and contribute to Axience Business Development and Brand Building

Prepare sales presentation and other marketing materials

Be responsible for remote business development (idea and prospect generation to presentation, follow up, contracts, pricing) to delivery in at least one business line at Axience

Be flexible to take cross-functional responsibility in a start up environment

Axience start at the beginning of 2007 and is a business services firm catering to global financial services, consultancy and industry. We are proud to have survived the credit crisis and global recession so far as an independent small size, management backed KPO/Business services firm and are confident of our success in years to come. We are looking for medium/senior level KPO/Business Research professional who would like to be part of a story of making a business successful in highly competitive environment.

Axience senior management comes from leading Investment Banks after having worked in leading financial centers around the globe. Our team has worked with Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Standard and Poors, Schlumberger and few leading KPOs and is a set of extremely talented, vibrant and ambitious people.

We are in measured growth phase and are currently looking to hire middle level professionals with prior experience in finance and business research. Candidates with few years experience in KPO industry would be ideal. We offer competitive financial rewards, significant and varied responsibility as well as potential to participate in stock option plan for right level of candidates.

MBA from premium institutes or Graduate of Indian Institute of Technology/Top 5 ranked REC/UDCT/VJTI or

2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in KPO industry

Self starters who can work with little or no supervision and take responsibility of team deliverables

Attention to detail and focus on quality

Cross functional capabilities

Excellent communication skills and Team player

International experience will be preferred

Aspiration to be in an entrepreneurial role and accordingly suitable abilities and willingness

Good mix of aggression and humility with ability to understand professionals from different background and act accordingly .

Compensation will be structured to attract the best in industry and will consist of fixed salary, variable component and possibly stock options
