  • Evaluation of financing proposals, detailed due diligence, commercial & credit appraisals, risk identification, analysis & mitigations, financial structuring for creation of commercially viable / bankable project & structured finance transactions
  • Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modeling, comprehensive report writing by junior colleagues
  • Capacity building in junior colleagues for building project appraisal and financing skills
  • Liasioning with Banks/FIs and Investors at middle and senior level to achieve financial closure
  • Supervision of legal documentation
  • Highly competent in business analysis and proficient with complex financial models. Good understanding and hands on experiences in infrastructure sector, project financing on a non recourse / limited recourse basis, structured financing, guarantees, securitization, credit rating of infrastructure projects, financial sector and capital market development
  • Live experience in evaluation / analysis of comprehensive PPP projects including commercial contracts, Concession Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements and such other essential documents normally used for financing of infrastructure projects
  • Quality exposure in transportation, power, telecom (at least 2 out of 3)
  • Execution skills in terms of building relationships, understanding lenders / investors’ requirements and presenting a financing case
