To assist in ensuring that Learning and Development is undertaken in a systematic manner; that its quality is maintained at the highest level through continuous benchmarking and evaluation and that it results in Capability Building while dovetailing with career and succession planning systems.
To ensure a system of feedback on development interventions and their impact on individual and organizational performance.
Assist in essential functions of HR Operations such as Performance Management System, identifying high performing employees and designing a comprehensive career development template, attrition analysis, annual HR budgeting, gaining knowledge of current trends in compensation & management and competency mapping.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & DELIVERABLES:
Plan and ensure Managerial Learning and Development interventions in a systematic manner; resulting in Capability Building while dovetailing with career and succession planning systems.
Provide support in quality decision making and assist in bringing about relevant HR system changes to enhance business performance.
To continuously benchmark best practices in the area of learning and development and adapt and apply the same for improvement in systems and processes. Assist Function Heads in organizing and executing learning and development initiatives.
To plan out and propose processes and interventions that would facilitate the establishment of a development oriented culture and approach to Human Resources in the Circle
To demonstrate pro-activity in tracking new developments in the HR field and look for their adoption in the Circle
Organizational effectiveness and developmental efforts for the Circle (leadership enhancement, team building etc.)
Surveys – both internal and external
Analysis, review and strengthening performance management systems
Budget, manage and review management costs pertaining to L&D and people engagement activities.
Assists in exit interview process and analysis.
Maintains HRIS from L&D perspective and compile reports from database as needed.
Help maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
