    Skills Required
  • Strong in supplier side alliances/vendor management
  • Project/vendor management skills(system & controls orientation/multi tasking)
  • Strong relationship/alliances building & management skills (proven track record)
  • Proven track record of managing large national marketing/promotion campaigns
  • Hands-on manager/implementer (lean team) AND BIG/strategic vision (a not so common combination)
  • Good understanding of Indian environment/consumer + exp in a system driven MNC (exposure to publications not required)
  • Entrepreneurial; passion; Creativity; strong people/relationship skills; EGO in check
  • Strong in building alliances - marketing Strong and well versed with Direct Mailing - database based business
  • strong in operations/logistics/efficient ops

    • The Person
  • 35-45 yrs - seasoned form Card/Retail Banking, NBFCs in retail business, Telecom, Retail, New Media (Viz- search portals, job portals, yellow pages, other portals) OR Specialized DM/CRM Companies
  • must have been CEO/COO/SBU-Head - handled business worth 40-50 cr
  • built & managed alliances
  • Male or female
  • strong people skills
  • high initiative
  • entrepreneurial

    Experience 15 - 25 Years
     
    Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
     
    Compensation: 60-75 Lacs++ (OTE >100 Lacs) *Those Earning less than 40 Lacs need not apply
