We are in measured growth phase and are currently looking to hire a senior manager with experience across business lines in leading KPOs. This position will develop into ownership in the business through stock options and performance-based equity and is suitable for candidates who are absolutely the best in industry and have an entrepreneurial mindset. If you are not seeing a light at the end of tunnel in your current senior KPO role and would like to work in startup environment along with financial and job security then you must apply immediately.

    The requirement is immediate but as this position is one of the most important position for a small KPO which started in 2007 and survived the financial crisis gracefully, the candidates will be tested on variety of aspects which may include (but not limited to) personal interviews, writing skills test, structuring of a report, financial modeling, team management and business acumen. Candidates are advised not to apply if:

    Candidate Profile:
    To meet the stated requirement, we seek candidate with following skill-set:

  • Top tier education
  • Experience in financial services with focus on financial and business research. Candidate will have significant Equity Research experience in a KPO with exposure in other areas including business research sector research etc.
  • Experience in detailed financial modeling of company, sectors and industries
  • Strong acumen for structuring, modeling and presentation
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, aggressive start up environment and ability to cop up with activity and stress of start up
  • Flexibility and excellent communication skills are important for this position
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Minimum experience – 4 years experience in KPOs, Financial Analysis, Consulting roles
