  • Reporting to - Head of Global Operations
  • Exp - 14 to 18 years. At least 4 yrs in service provider environment in similar role
  • Implement the sales strategy by managing a portfolio of high-opportunity prospects in collaboration with Lead Client Service Partner for each account by providing sales and marketing support including:

    ROLE

  • Responsible for managing / leading entire operations of across all locations
  • Managing customers
  • Would be reported by ServiceDesk / Incident Management team and Engagement Management team managing key customers
  • Work with SD / SE to setup best practices and cross functional processes
  • Align ops to ITIL
  • Responsible for compliance initiatives - ISO 20000 / 27000, etc.
  • Reporting to management, MIS, planning for annual ops, forecasting, hiring etc.
  • Setting up KRA and KPIs for ops and tracking them with help of reporting team
