The overall purpose of the role is to create consumer demand. You will be responsible for formulating the brandís long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans. You will need to define the brandís pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly. Execute marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team. The role is also accountable for delivering the brandís profit, volume and market share objectives.
