Responsible for the success of the practice, as defined through team development, and innovation and customer satisfaction (project status, customer satisfaction survey, value created). Works with the Vice President to determine the strategic vision of the organization and all the functions within the business unit.
Strong academic background with evidence of continuous professional development either at business specific (MBA) or leadership level
