CoolAvenues.com follows a stringent private policy in relation to the registration submitted on the web-site and resume mailed to us. CoolAvenues as a matter of policy do not release any of the candidate data including e mail, identity, resume etc. to any entity e.g. individual, corporate, or headhunters without the prior permission of candidate.
 
In order to ensure complete privacy for the candidates, CoolAvenues follows a strict code of conduct at every stage of resume processing to ensure the complete privacy of the individuals.
 
CoolAvenues process:
+ CoolAvenues scan the database and identify /reach the candidates whose profiles are found suitable to the job profile provided by CoolAvenues corporate clients.
 
+ Candidates are intimated by e-mail/telephone/snail mail about the position. The details of and their permission are sought for proceeding ahead. The details of the jobs are discussed (in person /telephone /email) with the interested candidates
 
+ Once candidate indicates his/her interest for the position & corporate. The resumes of shortlisted candidates are forwarded to the corporate.
 
+ In case some candidate is shortlisted by a corporate for interview, a meeting is arranged between shortlisted candidate and the corporate.
