Job Description:

Be a key member the companies Global Rewards team - which is responsible for rewards philosophy & guidelines that ensure it offers competititve compensation & benefits to retain and attract the best talent in more than 45 countries where it operates.
 

Role: An individual contributor and Subject matter expert for rewards with specific responsibility for a cluster of countries where it works closely with unit level teams on planning and ensuring delivery of key reward initiatives in line with overall long term business and HR strategy of the organization.

For the group of countries it has accountability for the positions KRA's cover

Candidate Profile:

1> In-depth understanding of all aspects of rewards as well as contemporary Job Evaluation methodologies.
2> An exposure to rewards & tax as well as labor compliance aspects in the international arena.
3> An MBA / Post Graduate from an institute of repute from the 2004 to 06 batch.
4> A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in C&B - either in a company or consultancy/advisory firm of repute.
