Responsibilities:
 

A. HR Strategy
· Enabling the creation and execution of HR strategy that supports business objectives and strategies
· Lead & implement HR Policies and initiatives in a fast growth environment.
· Create, implement and drive the HR processes to acquire, develop and manage and retain talent.
· Continuous improvement of the HR processes in liaison with operational HR.
B. Recruitment & Talent Management
· Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
· Managing talent and succession planning, Talent Assessments and Performance Management.
· Assist in developing and implementing talent development and management initiatives.
C. HR Systems & Policy
· Setting up & Implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
· Continuous Improvement of system
D. Employee Relations
· Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
· Managing employee engagement (fun at work) and grievances of employees.
· Create a rewards & recognition platform
E. Performance & Compensation Management
· Monitoring organization’s salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain staff.
· Researching and analyzing competitor's salary rates and benefits.
· Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
F. Training & Development
· Identifying training and development needs within an organization.
· Provide learning and development opportunities for managers and their teams to maximize staff potential and enhance job performance.

Candidate Profile:

· MBA (HR) with 7–10 years of experience in diverse HR roles should have worked for at least 2 years in a leadership role
· Should have an experience in handling the entire gamut of HR activities(Talent acquisition and management, HR Ops and business partnering, Compensation & Benefits, OD, Training & Development)
· Ability to introduce and set up HR practices & strategies
· Clear understanding of business value chain and its alignment with HR Strategies for a fast growing company
· Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and carry the team.
· Sharp, analytical, entrepreneurial with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
· Excellent leadership, team handling, presentation and communication skills.
