Job Description:

HR BP
Key responsibilities areas
· Single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective business unit
· Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes to the internal customer
· Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
· Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement necessary changes
· Proactively working with the sourcing team to create pipeline for manpower needs for the business unit
· Training need identification for the business unit
· Implementing and facilitating the required trainings
· Closure of performance management cycle within time frame
· Acts as the performance improvement driver and encourage positive changes in the people management
· Maintain tracker, reports & dashboards
· Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions

Team – A team of 3 will report into this role
Position 2. HR BP (AM/DM)
Experience: 5-8 yrs
Brief: Responsible for managing the end to end HR needs of around 400 people
Reporting into – Head of HRBP
Team – Will have 1 person as his direct reportee

· Any certification in Human resource – desired
