Responsibilites:
- Ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organisation.
- Demonstrate professional behaviours, good team work and respect for employee confidentiality at all times working in accordance with Nielsen values.
- Provide proactive resourcing HR advice and guidance to the Leadership and colleagues at all levels to facilitate Business Plan delivery.
- To understand the key issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organisational challenges.
- To lead the activities to translate the Talent Mgmt information developed by the Learning & Development Team into achievable outputs.
- Work towards continuously improving the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organisation.
- To guide managers for the optimum utilisation and deployment of resources across the organisation including monitoring of the various categories of temporary employees working for the business.
- The HRBP would be one point of contact for all the respective employees assigned to.

Candidate Profile:

Pre-requisites: good communication skills, pro-active & positive in approach, individual worker, quick on uptake & energetic.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR
