Job Description:

Act as Strategic HR Business Partner to North & East India business. Provide strategic support to India Leadership team by providing consultative support and implementation / execution of core HR programs.
Ensure that consistent processes are followed which are aligned with HR Regional/Strategy across all HR disciplines
Facilitate Manpower Planning and staff utilization /optimization and manage Talent Acquisition.
Develop and execute HR processes and communication for the site such as Talent development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement , Rewards and Recognition Programs, Employee Welfare, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Employee Separation aligned with National practice
Ensure Talent Development within the site and also ensure succession and development plans are in place for the team.
Lead, Facilitate and Coordinate staff training, development and evaluation
Ambassador for Guiding Values- What we stand for (our values and culture), how we do things (sustainability), internal and external communications.
Formulate and implement Talent Retention strategiesSr. Manager HR

Candidate Profile:

An ideal profile should be a management graduate with experience in managing Sales driven HR organisation, should be well versed with HR P & L, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management Programs, Employee Engagement, ESS & Reward Recognition Programs.

Salary Range:Upto 25 lacs
