Staffing Delivery:
- Support the creation of the staffing strategy for the Managed Services and Corporate functions.
- Complete responsibility to execute staffing delivery to plan.
- Responsible for handling End to End Staffing process. Taking charge of all phrases of hiring activities: job mapping, sourcing, interview, offer development & delivery and regular hiring MIS, etc.
- Manage internal / external staffing and employee referral scheme. Improve the staffing effectiveness with the aspects in staffing process, cost and selection of candidate pool. Continually reviews the global talent acquisition system platform to ensure the most effective sourcing and selection of a portfolio of highly skilled and talented candidates (both internal and external) based on an understanding of the Company's internal resources capabilities, the market and competitive and environmental landscapes. Stays completely informed on relevant talent and career development practices to be a champion of internal mobility for Talent Pipeline employees.
- Plans to attract diversity profiles and continuously monitor diversity targets.
- Manages recruiting metrics and monitors country progress and bottlenecks through reviews with the respective recruiting teams.
- Partners with Global Staffing and regional HRIS to provide direction and requirements for recruiting tools and system needs; influences to represent the needs of the region on behalf of regional peers and HR directors.
- Innovates to create and sustain newer sourcing channels, as well as develop Social Media as a sourcing channel.
- Complete stakeholder management across teams / locations / regions.
Employer branding:
- Support Employer branding programs of ALU India, including Employer Value Proposition deployment, promote employer branding, etc.
- Support campus programs and enhance the company image on campus to build up long-term talent pipeline, like university relations, internship project, new grad recruiting, and other on-campus activities.
- Work closely with marketing, Business leaders and CSR team for employer branding strategy, communication tools and implementations.
Channel development:
- Work with the staffing manager on staffing channel development like agency management, job board selection & staffing system interface employee referral promotions, etc.
- Maintain the relationship with current channels, including contract negotiation through the procurement, branding with the help of India Communications, etc.
Campus staffing:
- Work with the staffing manager to design and develop annual plan for overall campus related programs, including intern program, campus promotion, and campus branding program, if and where needed.
- Lead and closely monitor the implementation of campus staffing by working with external agencies and internal departments. Manage the process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement campus related activities to enhance employee's adhesiveness to the company.

Candidate Profile:

- Master’s in Business Administration from a premier business school with specialization in Human Resource Management.
- 10+ years of overall experience in HR with at least 6 years of experience in Staffing; 3+ years of which should be in leading hiring in a large scale ITES / BPO organization.
- Extensive knowledge of competitive labor markets, global trends and local trends in key markets.
- Experience in recruiting process design & execution at the national level.
- Experience in design and management of recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Experience actively using social networks and other Y generation staffing opportunities
- Experience handling Diversity with proven effect on staffing practice
- Futuristic and ability to anticipate, quick learning & adaptation, result driven & excellent execution, can work independently under high pressures
- Awareness and inclination on use of social media.
