Job Description:

Responsible for recruitment of candidates using best practices for attracting, sourcing and screening applicants for employment.
Accountabilities include leading the development of ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategies for assigned open positions as well as consulting with Hiring Leaders throughout the hiring process including providing detailed assessments for all candidates sourced. The Manager - TA position also manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire. The Manager - TA is also accountable for managing interactions with candidates in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity and respect.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with Hiring Leader & the Departmental Heads to build overall understanding of position requirements, department goals, and overall organization business plan.
  • Develop solid understanding of job description, organizational structure, as well as overall value proposition of the position and business unit.
  • Lead the development of sourcing strategies defined by the business/position need, to include accessing all internal critical talent pools as well as all external sourcing channels available.
  • Present prescreening questions to hiring manager for collaboration/approval.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of candidates and manage candidate flow throughout process.
  • Telephone interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, leveraging behavior based interview and assessment techniques Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing consistent process
  • Assist Hiring Leader in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting including review and consultation of internal equity and market pricing in order to recommend offer package components.
  • Lead the management of aging requisitions to include seeking assistance from Management as warranted by situation
  • Accountable for managing all departmental and organizational staffing metrics including production, pipeline, quality and satisfaction.
  • Accountable for managing all recruitment related activities as defined by Hiring Leader and Candidate Service Level Agreements.
  • Work with Recruiting Coordinator/administrator to initiate offer processing including background and drug screening.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Should have handled leadership level hiring independently;

  • Involved in team matrix, defining TA strategies and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques to include: networking, social media, job portals & other useful connections;
  • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-site scale
  • The position requires travel within India & largely across Bangalore/Gurgaon offices
  • Work Timings : 24*7, US Shifts
Candidate Profile:

Masters Degree/Bachelors Degree in Human Resources with relevant work experience.

8 to 10 yrs of end-to-end recruitment experience, and at least 2-3 years of experience in Managing a team;
