Job Responsibilities This role requires media planning, campaign optimization, reporting and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple teams and brands. The candidate should understand the power of intelligent advertising platforms, the need for data-driven decisions and be able to drive each phase of customer engagement: Acquisition, Conversion and Retention. Role Specifics: Manage online marketing activities in support of all brands, working directly with product, user Experience team and senior management to define and manage online campaigns. Own analytics and campaign report structure to support growth of product reach and variants, as well as insight into online site performance. Planning and Launch • Plan and manage media across multiple channels including Search, Display and Social • Comfortable with varying budget levels and ability to drive results at any scale • Experience with multi-variant testing and optimization (creative and landing page) Optimization o Optimize online campaigns based on analysis of various success metrics including media performance, site traffic reporting, social media and other KPIs o Drive the media mix across Search, Display and Social o Ability to optimize to various success metrics – CPA, Clicks, Engagement, ROI, etc. o Make marketing campaign recommendations based on analysis of media performance, site traffic reporting and campaign goals Analytics and Reporting o Own analytics and reporting for online marketing efforts including collecting, formatting, interpreting and presenting data o Daily interaction with a variety of reporting tools, such as lead funnel analysis, lead source review, activity reporting, social analysis, etc. o Provide ongoing updates to senior stake-holders on online efforts

Candidate Profile:

Experience Desired: Any 4+ years experience managing Search (Paid and Organic) campaigns, Display and Social Media

• Deep knowledge of online marketing and customer engagement – must understand how users interact with online media and purchase products/services online

• Ability to analyze campaign performance in order to optimize return

• Innovative and creative thinking when it comes to solving complex challenges

• Entrepreneurial with a roll up your sleeves attitude

Other Skills Desired

• Agency and/or start-up experience is a huge plus

• Experience of working with online product companies added advantage

• Knowledge of social analytics and social analytics tools
