Job Description:

Provide training and development solutions at the Almarai academy to address all talent needs of the company by gathering inputs from business stakeholders, designing the right curriculum, designing and executing employee development programs, managing the assessments and delivering training to the high potential employees, along with internal and external SMEs and academic partners.
1. Work closely with divisional training/ business managers to identify the training needs and formalize development solutions.
2. Design the curriculum for various employee development programs in consultation with O&D/ L&D managers and divisional business partners.
3. Work with external SMEs or academic partners to finalize program design, finalize content and finalize schedule.
4. Manage the assessment of talent pool to identify the skill gaps and finalize development solutions.
5. Deliver training to various groups of employees at the academy as per the agreed curriculum for different levels.
6. Manage the annual cycle of employee development with assistance from Group L&D.
7. Update training/ talent development knowledge, certification to achieve the best outcome at the academy.
8. Act as champion in bringing the industry updates, technology and best practices to the academy.

Candidate Profile:

- Full time Masters (MBA/ PGDM) in HRM from reputed B Schools.
- The person should have 8-10 years of experience in a Competency Development/ L&D/ T&D Role in the Corporate Office. Overall 10 years of training experience. Experience in content development,training delivery & evaluation.
