Job Description:

Incumbent collaborates with the business and Corporate HR team to drive, facilitate and ensure effective execution of multiple HR processes, programs, actions and initiatives in the organization

  • End to end ownership of HR Processes - including recruitment, induction, administration of the Performance Management, L&D, implementation of talent management programs, employee engagement initiatives and exit interviews working in collaboration with Total Rewards, L&D and Talent Acquisition team.
  • Talent Acquisition to deliver best in class talent pool while maintaining right source mix and budgeted cost
  • Organizing skip level meetings
  • Managing new joinee feedback and communication to the stakeholders
  • Ensuring KRA’s for all employees in the client group are set and managing reviews and performance improvement plans
  • Organizing all hands meet
  • Building relationship with each employee in the Client Group
  • Establishing HR’s Role as an Internal Consultant and Adviser
  • Administration and roll out of defined HR Policies and Practices
  • Ongoing communication and interfacing with the employees belonging to the client groups
  • Client Servicing in terms of query resolution and grievance handling for the identified Internal Client Groups
  • Joint ownership along with respective process owners of HR Metrics such as recruitment numbers, adherence to Performance Management timelines, feedback on employee engagement initiatives and learning and development interventions etc.
  • Developing and assisting in staffing reviews and individual development plans
  • Assimilation and on-boarding of new hires
  • To support the business team by being a single point of contact for them with regards to people issues.
  • Help employees in dealing with their concerns on all HR matters.
  • Investigates and resolves employee relations issues and complaints, including grievances
  • Executes employee engagement activities
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to suggest solutions to customer-related issues/ opportunities
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly, and progressively take on new responsibility


  • Strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing
  • Innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost effective manner
  • Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline
  • Good at handling multiple roles & prioritizing the work accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, preferably with excellent excel knowledge
  • Team Player –ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams
  • Being proactive and high-levels of integrity would be the key drivers in this role.
  • Total relevant work experience: 3 to 5 years

1. MBA from top B School
2. HR generalist experience
3. 2+ years of Experience in End to End Employee Life Cycle Activity.
4. Experience from BPO is preferred.
5. Mumbai based
