Summers of 2010 at IIMs is seeing much improved sentiment with leading private equity firms, Management consulting companies and investment banking firms once again landing at IIMs to hire best of the lot.

 

IIM Lucknow which has the largest batch among all IIMs (earlier IIM Calcutta used to have largest batch among all IIMs) successfully placed all its 414 students for internship.

 

A total number of 163 companies participated in IIM Lucknow Summers process (only 127 companies participated in 2009 summers process) and made 456 offers to a batch of 414 students (401 offers were made in 2009). 

 

Milestone Capital, Multiples, Seed Fund, Samara Capital, Walden International were among some of the notable Private Equity / Venture capital funds which recruited Class of 2010 at IIM Lucknow. Other notable companies in Finance area were JP Morgan, Goldman Scahs, Avendus, Development Bank of Singapore, HSBC etc. Mckinsey & Co, Boston Consulting Group, Deloiite Consulting, Wolff Olins were notable consulting companies at Prabandh Nagar.
