One Year MBA Programme at XLRI Jamshedpur

Part - II

Executives who have a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of work experience in an executive capacity are eligible for this programme. Corporate sponsorship is welcome but not essential. Participants are selected through a rigorous national level admission process.

The participants in this programme are having diverse backgrounds and come from reputable companies such as Patni, Syntel, LG, vCustomer, Transworks, Ashok Leyland, GTL, SBI, BSNL, SAIL and others. Various TATA group of companies such as Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Telco Constructions and Equipment Company Ltd., Tinplate Company of India Ltd, Timken, Tata International, Tata Rayerson has sponsored their executives to this programme.

Though the focus is on General Management, this programme offers dual specializations in areas of Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems and HRM.
